Trading legal services for "services"
Smoking Gun on an attorney busted for propositioning a client's wife and her sister with an alternative way to pay legal fees.
How is this "IP Funny?" It reminds me of a phone call I once received from a "housewife" with an invention. She claimed she didn't have any money (to pay for preparing and filing the patent application). She asked if we could "barter." I'm not sure what she was wanting to "barter" (maybe it was chocolate chip cookies), but I wasn't about to find out. I quickly got off the phone.

Note to self
Don't use this tactic in your future extortion plans:
"You will pay me $17 million dollars, or my barrage of sexually explicit patents applications will continue!"
Apparently, it doesn't work in Maryland.
